ACT has created this Website Privacy Policy in order to communicate its policies and practices relating to information collected on or through the ACT Website. Throughout this Website Privacy Policy, “ACT” and “We” refers to Advanced Chemotherapy Technologies, Inc. “You” or “Users” refers to you or our users – everyone who uses or visits advancedchemotech.com. 1. The Information ACT Collects

Information You Provide: The ACT Website does not collect or solicit any personal information during use or access to the ACT Website. However, you can provide to ACT what is generally called “personally-identifiable” information (such as your name, email address, postal mailing address, and telephone numbers) only if you choose to contact ACT via email from the website or by submitting your résumé for the open positions at ACT listed under the “Careers” section of the ACT Website.

“Cookies” Information: When you access the ACT Website, we may send one or more cookies – small text files containing a string of alpha-numeric characters – to your computer. In some jurisdictions, we are not permitted to send cookies to the browser of a user without the prior consent of the affected user.  In this case, we will seek such consent.  This section assumes that either the use of cookies is not restricted by applicable law or it if it restricted that the individual has explicitly consented to the use of the cookies. “Automatically Collected” Information: When you access the ACT Website we may automatically record certain information from your system by using different types of tracking technology. This “automatically collected” information may include Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), versions of software installed, system type, the content and pages that you access on the ACT Website, and the dates and times that you visit the ACT Website.

2. The Way ACT Uses Information

ACT uses the information that we collect for the legitimate business purposes of  operating, maintaining, enhancing, and providing all of the features and services found on the ACT Website, as well as to comply with applicable laws.

We will not use, without your further consent, your email address or other contact information you may choose to provide when contacting ACT via email, except to respond to your initial email.

ACT uses all of the information that we collect to understand the usage trends and preferences of our Users, to improve the way the ACT Website works and looks, and to create new features and functionality.

If you do not contact ACT by email or submit your résumé for the open positions at ACT listed under the “Careers” section of the ACT Website, then your use of the ACT Website will not provide your personally-identifiable information to ACT.

While no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we are committed to protecting the

information we receive from you. We take appropriate security measures to protect your

information against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction

of data. ACT uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to ACT, and you do so at your own risk. 6. Children’s Privacy

If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not email or contact ACT at any time or in any manner. Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, ACT does not knowingly collect or maintain personally-identifiable information from persons under 13 years-of-age. If ACT learns that personally-identifiable information of persons less than 13-years-of-age has been provided to ACT, then ACT will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

7. International Visitors

We are a U.S. based company. For Users visiting the ACT Website from the European Economic Area or other non-U.S. territories, please note that any data you send in an email to the ACT Website will be transferred outside the European Economic Area or such other non-U.S. territory for use by ACT and its affiliated companies for any of the purposes described herein. You expressly consent to the transfer of your personal data to servers in the U.S. In addition, because ACT operates globally, we may make information we gather available to worldwide business units and affiliated companies. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides California consumers with the right to request access to their personal data, additional details about our information practices and deletion of their personal data (subject to certain exceptions).  California consumers also have the right to opt out of sales of personal data, if applicable.   We describe how California consumers can exercise their rights under the CCPA below.  Please note that you may designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf by providing written materials demonstrating that you have granted the authorized agent power of attorney.  Please note that if an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may need to contact you to verify your identity and protect the security of your personal data.  We will not fulfill your CCPA request unless you have provided sufficient information for us to reasonably verify you are the consumer about whom we collected personal data.  We will not discriminate against you if you choose to exercise your rights under the CCPA.

You may request, no more than twice in a 12-month period, access to the specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you in the last 12 months.  You may also request additional details about our information practices, including the categories of personal data we have collected about you, the sources of such collection, the categories of personal data we share for a legitimate business or commercial purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share your personal data. You may make these requests by contacting using the contact information provided below in the “Contact Information” Section.   After submitting your request, please monitor your email for a verification email.  We are required by law to verify your identity prior to granting access to your data in order to protect your privacy and security.

You may request, no more than twice in a 12-month period, transportable copies of your personal data that we have collected about you in the last 12 months.  You may make these requests by contacting using the contact information provided below in the “Contact Information” Section.   After submitting your request, please monitor your email for a verification email.  We are required by law to verify your identity prior to granting access to your data in order to protect your privacy and security.

You may request that we delete the personal data we have collected about you.  Please note that we may retain certain information as required or permitted by applicable law.  You may make these requests by contacting us using the contact information provided below in the “How to contact us” Section below.  After submitting your request, please monitor your email for a verification email.  We are required by law to verify your identity prior to granting access to your data in order to protect your privacy and security.

Please note that we may still use any aggregated and de-identified Personal data that does not identify any individual and may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice identifying the categories of Personal data which we share with our affiliates and/or third parties for marketing purposes and providing contact information for such affiliates and/or third parties

9. In the Event of Merger or Sale

In the event that ACT is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity sold or undergoes a change of control, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information that we have collected from the ACT Website as part of that merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.

This Website Privacy Policy may be revised periodically without further notice to you and this will be reflected by a “last modified” date below.
